The apartments

The Residence is formed by 9 apartments of about 70 square metres: 2 two-room apartments and 7 three-room apartments ad you can see in the pictures below.

The Residence is provided with the solarium, the playground area with the ping pong table and the table football, the swimming pool and a spacious terrace with gazebo, tables and garden-seats where everyone can stay. Each apartments has a covered terrace of 12 square metres where the guests can eat even if it’s raining with a panoramic wiew on the medieval village of Paciano.

The apartments have been restored recently:  fitted kitchen, furnishing style, beds in wrought iron. All the apartments are composed by a spacious living room , 1 or 2 bedrooms (depending on the type if it is a two-room apartment or a three-room apartment; in the case of the three-room apartment there is 1 room with a double bed, to whom it is possible add a single bed,  and the other one has 2 single beds), bathroom with shower. It’s also possible having apartments with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

The swimming-pool (metres 18×7 and from 1 to 3 metres of height) is equipped with deck chairs, tables chairs and beach umbrellas and it is exclusive to our guests.

For the sport lovers there are available near-by the residence: a public football camp (whose owner is the municipality so it is possible using it by renting the camp to the municipality and paying for it) and a tennis camp 1 km far away from the residence.

In addition to this Residence L’Olivo’s guests can use the fitness path 1 km long situated by the Agriturismo Paradiso Selvaggio.
